Monte Cristo Sandwich 😆

So.... just look at that! Initially, I only went to the supermarket to get bread & bacon to stock it up! But since I was able to find some Gruyere cheese, why not make some Monte Cristo sandwich?!! 

And there you have it! Basically it's white bread, beef bacon, turkey ham, eggs, milk, Gruyere cheese, salt, pepper & mayo! 

3 pieces of white bread

3 eggs

A dash of milk

Salt & pepper,

Paprika (Opt)

4 slices of turkey ham

2 slices of beef bacon

1 tsp of mayo (Opt) 

1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese

So basically you take a piece of bread and spread some mayo on it. 

Place a little of the Gruyere cheese and a couple slices of turkey ham. 

Cut bacon in half and place them on top of turkey ham.

Take another piece of bread and spread mayo on it. 

This time, place turkey ham and bacon first. 

Top it with more Gruyere cheese and last piece of bread.

Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, paprika & milk.

Dip sandwich in egg. 

Either deep fry or pan fry it till nice golden brown! 

And there you have it! Monte Cristo sandwich!
